A well-known Civil War historian, Michael Kraus serves as Curator / Historian at the Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hall and Museum located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. “Hall of Valor,” an exhibit that honors individual veterans from the region who went above and beyond the call of duty. The hall currently pays tribute to more than six hundred honorees, including winners of the Medal of Honor, the Kearny Cross, the Distinguished Service Cross, the Navy Cross, the Air Force Cross, the Silver Star, and the Distinguished Flying Cross. Mike will be presenting on the Medal of Honor during this meeting.
